Currently we are posting orders
from Monday to Friday. Domestic UK delivery times are approximately 2-5 business days depending on your preferred shipping method. International
shipping times are highly country depending, but currently we experience a 5-20 days delivery time.

Shipping starts from £4.50
depending on the weight of the products. We offer FREE shipping for orders over £75, - spend in the UK and over £200 internationally.
*Some exclusions may apply such as large & heavy items such as our advent calendars.

We do our best to represent the colours of our products as accurately as possible, but please be aware that colours may vary on different screens & devices.

All our crystals are sold per one piece, unless stated otherwise.

Import Duties & Taxes (outside the UK)

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Tali and Loz encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tali and Loz at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
