How to use sage:

Light the stick at one end (our preference) or take one leaf out at the time. We recommend to always have a ceramic dish underneath to catch any ashes.

You could use a tool such as a feather to spread the smoke from the stick around the room, object or crystals that you feel need to be cleansed. 

*Please make sure the smudge stick has been put out completely, before storing it away. Do not leave it unattended when the stick is burning.
